Mile High Welcomes Mrs. Runyan!

Hello all! My name is Sara Runyan. I am taking the place of Mr. Mark Baker as the computer/technology teacher.

I am married and have two young children - James and Nicole. James is 6, about to be 7, and Nicole is 5, turning 6 in November. James is in 2nd grade this year, and Nicole will be beginning Kindergarten.

I began teaching in 2014, so this will be my 4th year as a teacher. I have focused on elementary school for the past 3 years, and I'm very excited for a new experience with middle school. I am passionate about technology and all the amazing possibilities and avenues that technology can open for people.

The Mile High Middle School has welcomed me with open arms and have been extremely helpful at all times. I'm so glad to be part of this wonderful community and this school family. The picture below is outdated; however, it is one of the few I have that is formal. I will update it when we get new pictures taken. This blog will focus on what is going on at school and in the computer lab in particular.
